We ship orders via the the USPS Priority Mail Service. Orders are shipped each week on Tuesdays and Fridays. Domestic customers receive shipments within 2-3 business days of the shipping date. The fee for shipping internationally is calculated upon checkout. With the standard service, customers generally receive shipments within 6-10 business days. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control may cause the package(s) to be delayed (eg. customs searches). Other services are available upon request at an added charge. All sales are final. Please contact us immediately if you discover the order is incorrect or if a product is defective. We will refund your account or replace the merchandise at no additional cost. Simply return the faulty merchandise in the condition received. We are here to help resolve the problem and help you get back to quilting.
